3 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 tablespoon canned green chiles
1 tablespoon chipotle sauce (add less or more, based on how spicy you prefer the food)
1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
15 corn tortillas
1 cup Mexican blend cheese (shredded )
1 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded )
Pico De Gallo
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, chipotle sauce, green chiles, salt, cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Stir well until fully incorporated.
