Air Fryer Turkey Burgers
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ½ pounds (680g) ground white meat turkey
- ¼ cup (108g) breadcrumbs
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- Pinch of cayenne pepper optional
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
First Preheat the air fryer to 350F / 180C.
Then add all the ingredient to a mixing bowl and join, being careful not to over-work the mixture.
After Shape into 6 person burger patties and add them to the air fryer basket in batches, making sure they do not touch.
Then, spray each patty with olive oil or no-calorie cooking spray, and air fry for five (5) minutes, then flip over and cook for another five (5) minutes.
After, If desired, top each patty with a slice of cheese and cook for twenty (20) seconds more, then remove from the air fryer.
Repeat the process until all your burgers are cooked.
