Easy Air Fryer Homemade Berry Pop Tarts

Air Fryer Pop Tarts are a truly delicious version of the popular store-bought toaster pastries. Kids and adults alike will love starting their day with these homemade pop tarts!

Homemade Pop Tarts transport back delicious memories of childhood. And these Air Fryer Pop Tarts are perfect, golden brown fried pastries with flaky, slightly crumbly edges and homemade berry jam filling topped with a sugary glaze.

Easy Air Fryer Homemade Berry Pop Tarts



  • 1 Cup (175 grams) mixed berries
  • ½ Cup (125 grams) sugar
  • ⅓ Cup (79 milliliters) water
  • 1 Tablespoon lime juice


  • 1 Cup (250 grams) confectioners sugar
  • 4 Tablespoon milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 Drop pink food coloring


  • 2 Pie crust disks
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 3 Tablespoon milk + more for brushing


First preheat Air Fryer to 350F/180C.

Then prepare the jam filling: In a small pot over middle heat combine the berries, sugar and water. Bring to a simmer and cook about twenty (20) minutes, stirring continuously, or until the jam is thick.
