Air Fryer Banana Bread Recipe
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup (96g) flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
2 medium-sized ripe bananas mashed
2 large eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
2 tablespoons whole milk
1 tablespoon plain nonfat yogurt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons walnuts roughly chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
First Line and spray or lightly oil a 6-inch round cake pan.
Then In a big bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mash the banana (I do it rapidly in a blender) and then mix in the eggs, sugar, milk, yogurt, oil and vanilla extract.
After Add wet ingredients to the dry, stirring until just combined.
Then pour batter into a prepared pan, and sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
Preheat the air fryer to 310F / 150C, put the pan inside the Air Fryer basket and bake for about thirty-five -35- minutes or until a skewer inserted into the middle ones out clean.
Finally, Remove banana bread from air fryer and put on a wire rack (still in the pan) to cool for about 20 minutes before slicing and serving,
